2、反向变形法:焊接前应根据焊接金属构件来判断构件。当焊接冷却时,会出现变形方向和收缩量,焊接部位会提前向相反方向弯曲或倾斜。焊接后,由于自身的收缩和变形,它会回到预定的形状位置。防止焊接变形,降低焊接应力。

3、采用定位控制方法:在构件焊接前,用许多焊点对焊接部位或周围的焊点进行定位,同时也在焊缝的两侧施加重量,这种方法称为定位控制方法。

4、焊接顺序法:正确安排焊接顺序是防止焊接变形的有效方法。焊接变形的规律是:焊缝引起的变形较大,各焊缝引起的变形一般不能相互抵消,产生的变形方向与焊缝引起的变形方向一致。
